Food & Beverage
With OptiMSM® having a GRAS non-objection letter received from the FDA, it can be safely formulated into your functional food and beverages. Not only does it support joint health and mobility, OptiMSM has also been shown to support, promote, and enhance exercise recovery.
Studies show MSM can be used to augment soil in agricultural applications. MSM contains approximately 34% sulfur by weight, and sulfur has a long history of agricultural use. Preliminary research suggests that it may increase relative food value of forage and enhance the growth of some vegetables.
MSM has regularly been used to facilitate specialized chemical reactions. With exceptional thermal and chemical stability, MSM can also be used in wide pH ranges. It is a solid at room temperature and sublimates easily, leaving behind minimal residue.
